Research Interests

Adler Archer is the Inaugural Director of the Office of Strategy Management at Whiting School of Engineering. He is also an assistant research scientist in the Department of Biomedical Engineering with a joint appointment in Medicine. In his role as Director, Adler works with the WSE Dean and WSE Executive Council to ensure the school strategically plans for long-term growth and successfully executes critical initiatives. As a research scientist at the Johns Hopkins Center for Bioengineering Innovation and Design, Adler’s research focuses on implementation of technology in community health care settings, community-based participatory research, and social informatics. Adler teaches digital health innovation and regulatory science courses at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and teaches business leadership and human values course at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
