A Johns Hopkins Biomedical Engineering undergraduate course was recently featured in a Washington Post article. Students traveled to Six Flags to collect physiological data as they rode a variety of rides. They measured how their heart rate changes with the acceleration, and how fear and adrenaline could affect that data.
