Inaugural Professorial Lecture – Eileen Haase

Please join us in celebrating the Don P. Giddens Inaugural Professorial Lecture recognizing Eileen Haase as a full teaching professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering.

The lecture will be held at 4:30 p.m. in the Mason Hall Auditorium on October 20. Space is limited for in-person attendance and registration is required.

Eileen B. Haase is a teaching professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering. She has received numerous awards in recognition of her teaching and is chair of the Applied Biomedical Engineering graduate program. Haase earned both her master’s degree in electrical engineering and her doctorate in biomedical engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

A live stream will be available on the Johns Hopkins Engineering YouTube channel for those who cannot attend in person.

Named after the fifth dean of the Whiting School of Engineering, the Don P. Giddens Inaugural Professorial Lecture series was established in 1993 to honor newly promoted full professors.
