This month’s speakers are Jody Mou from JHU presenting “Deep Machine Learning Guided Design of Peptide Binders,” Dolapo Nurudeen from MSU presenting “The Synthesis Of Fac-tricarbonyl (Pentylcarbonato)(α-diimine) Rhenium Complexes” and Nathaniel Whitt from CSU presenting “Characterization of carbonaceous compounds formed from Fischer-tropsch reaction at the Solar Nebula”.

John Rogers is the Louis Simpson and Kimberly Querrey Professor of Materials Science and Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, and Neurological Surgery at Northwestern McCormick School of Engineering.

Mario Sznaier joins us from Northeastern.

Dave Matson is a regulatory professional experienced in implementing and managing effective and efficient quality management systems with a proven track record of positive regulatory audits and inspections for products from start-ups to major medical device companies. He is well versed in supporting the full product life cycle, from development through commercialization to post market phase.

Amanda Randles is the Alfred Winborne Mordecai and Victoria Stover Mordecai Assistant Professor of Biomedical Sciences at Duke University. Her talk is titled: Massively Parallel Simulations of Hemodynamics in the Human Vasculature
